  1. PURCHASES USING THE APP OR ACCESSING A FUNCTION ON THE APP

The KATCH App allows users to make purchases, such as tickets, passes, travel plans, and other payments to third-party transport providers. Additionally, the App provides access to certain information and functions for transport providers, operators, and their representatives. It is important to note that KATCH itself is not a transport provider or operator.

To complete a purchase or access certain functions using the App, users may be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to, their name, age, gender, mobile number, and payment details. By providing such information, users create a "KATCH Account" ("Account"). All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain purchases are intended for individual use only and are issued specifically to the purchaser.
